The handsome red brick of the United Commons (formerly First Metropolitan Church) building in downtown Victoria, BC, is available for both one-off event space rentals and for ongoing community space rental.

The church features a beautiful 400-seat sanctuary which lends itself well to musical and theatrical performances and can also host presentations, large meetings, weddings and memorials.

There are numerous individual spaces throughout the building which are available for community group rentals. These range from smaller rooms, which would be suitable as an office space or consulting room, through to the large basement space which could host group workshops or be an ideal location for any community organization in need of multiple rooms and space.
